Our Volunteers

The PAYM is a movement driven by the youths for the youths and the community. Each of the Youth Clubs located islandwide is managed by a Community Centre/ Club (CC) Youth Executive Committee (YEC) comprising of 19 to 30 members.

The CC YEC’s roles are to initiate programmes for its members and involve them to carry out its programmes and activities. The CC YECs work closely with the Grassroots Organisations (GROs) to implement community development projects for residents in their respective constituencies.

There are a total of 100Youth Clubs in Singapore, driven by more than 2,400 committed and dedicated CC YEC members.
