The People’s Association Youth Movement (PAYM) was established in 1971.  It caters to youths between the ages of 12 and 35, regardless of race, language or religion.  With an exciting cohort of 168,000 youth members, the PAYM is the largest youth organisation in Singapore. 

It comprises 100 youth groups that are based at Community Centres/Clubs (CCs).
